Ingredients
- 10 ounces (300ml) unsweetened soy milk
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1/2 apple
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
